right about now i am so bored i am watching 7th heaven. shhh, don't tell anyone. this show is one long public service announcement and it drives me nuts, yet it's a car accident i just can't seem to pry my eyes away from. the show actually makes me love my family more just because they aren't as crazy as the camdens. not sure that's what they were going for but whatever.

i've counted 9, yes, 9 christmas commercials in the last hour. we aren't even halfway through november! i am so anti-this whole "let's make christmas 8 months long" thing people have going on. it creates entirely too much pressure to pick out the perfect gift. don't get me wrong, i love christmas shopping for people, i love finding just the right something and feeling all excited to see them open it, but this is a bit much even for me.

on a happier note, thanksgiving is just over a week away and that means gingerbread house extraveganza! which means tons of family and friends coming over all day and making a virtual village out of candy. sure you smell like sugar for days regardless of how many showers you take, and inevitably the cats will knock over your icecream cone christmas tree, but it still is one of my favorite days all year. ok, enough for now.
